Carl Lewis Redux

Sorry....but I first talked about this in August of 2005 [Sportz Tribute To Carl Lewis]...but for some reason I felt that I had to relive this.

This is the funnies freaking this of ALL TIME!!

Some comments about this, oh god, whatever it is....

Worst music video EVAR! @ #!!:  "Vying directly with Eddie Murphy in the omigodstopsinging category is a spectacular entry from track star and Olympic gold medalist Carl Lewis. This music video is ground-breaking.  I'm especially a fan of the bubbles. Watch closely or you'll miss them."

Killing My Lobster  "Sure, you knew Carl Lewis was fast on the track--but did you know he was even faster in the sauna? With a much older romantic liaison?"

SI.com - Writers - Arash Markazi: ;  "Forget about Lewis' classic butchering of The Star-Spangled Banner before a 1993 New Jersey Nets game. His singing career was already on the fast track to sports blooper highlights long before that. In 1987, Lewis and his band -- yes, he had a band called Carl Lewis and the Electric Storm -- released Break It Up, the worst song and worst music video ever created."

MilkandCookies - Aging:  "What the hell is up with his grandma fetish?"

SilverJacket: Break It Up Already!;  "What happens next is beyond comprehension. Carl drags the woman into the sauna (sans sunglasses, mercifully), she winks at the camera, and she places a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. WHAT?!!!  We shouldn't disturb Carl and Madame Whorebag Elderpants, but they can disturb us?
The lyrics go, "So reach for another hand, in a human chain." A nice sentiment, but does it really mean screwing the retarded in a public sauna? I imagine the human chain to be a sturdy one of steel, not the Christmas-tree-decking type made of construction paper links pasted together in a remedial kindergarten class. "We all have the power, to make a better world, yeah." That's very generous of you to tend to the sexual needs of an unattractive person of senility, Carl, but for a song meant to inspire, surely there are other directions you might have pointed your audience. Yeah."

What is worse????  That....or Eddie Murphy's "Party All The Time" video???  Eddie Murphy - Party all the Time

Or Ozzie Smith's "Cupid".....NPR : Off the Diamond, Baseball Players Carry a Tune

Or Sean Casey singing "How Do You Like Me Now".....http://www.progressiveboink.com/mike/img/canyousing/02_casey.mp3
