Ottawa was up over Buffalo 5-4 late....verrrrrry late....in Game 1 of their Conference Semifinal series. With 1:47 remaining in the game, the Sabres Derek Roy scores a SHORTHANDED GOAL to tie the thing up. Amazing.
Then, just 20 seconds later.....with the Sabres still a man down....the Senators Brian Smolinski fires one in for the go-ahead goal. Sens now lead 6-5 with just 1:23 left.
Ah....but the game ain't over. In a scrum in front of the net, Tim Connolly grabs a rebound and fires it for the game tying goal with 11 seconds left....to send the game into overtime.
In overtime, just 18 seconds into overtime, Chris Drury gets a turnover in the Buffalo attacking zone and goes in for the game winning goal. Each either tying the game or taking the lead.
So....in a span of 2:05 of game time....four goals were scored,
